HGH Guide for Bodybuilders

HGH Guide for Bodybuilders Today, nearly all professional athletes are using HGH.  Despite how common HGH has become, there are still a lot of misconceptions surrounding it and its benefits.

HGH Doesn’t Produce Magical Strength Gains

Growth hormone is responsible for many aspects of growth, including protein synthesis.  By taking HGH, you can cause your muscles to grow – but you will also be causing your bones, organs and other tissues to grow as well!  As you probably realize, larger doesn’t necessarily mean stronger.  If you want to become stronger from HGH, then you will also need to work out. Otherwise, your muscles are just going to grow at about the same rate as the rest of the tissues.  You would end up as a giant before getting any significant strength gains. With this said, HGH can produce about 15% gains to your workout cycle.

More is Not Always Better

If you try to figure out the optimal dosage of HGH, you will come across a lot of conflicting information.  Some bodybuilders use up to 24IU daily whereas others opt for just 2IU a day.

When you take HGH, it gets processed by the liver which converts it into IGF-1, the most potent derivative of HGH when it comes to bodybuilding benefits. The liver is only capable of handling about 2-4IU of HGH at once.  Every 5-7 hours, the liver will be able to handle another dosage of 2-4IU.   Under this method, you would take at least 4IU of HGH daily divided into 2 dosages or a maximum of 16IU of HGH daily divided into 4 dosages.  Note, under the later method, you would also need to carefully time the dosages with your workout, meals and sleeping schedule.

HGH Guide for Bodybuilders          Since IGF-1 isn’t the only derivative of HGH, you could get benefits from taking larger dosages of it.  However, the large dosages are likely to cause problems like bloating.

What is the Best Way to Take HGH for Bodybuilding?

If you were prescribed HGH for a health condition, then you would likely have been told to take it subcutaneously (injected below the skin).  This method is ideal because it causes a slower increase in HGH plasma levels.  If you are supplementing with HGH for athletic purposes though, then your needs are very different from people who have growth hormone deficiencies.  You want to get the HGH into your system as quickly as possible, thus making intramuscular injection a better choice.
